As per the directive of the State Election Commission, the Panchayati Raj Institutions will be held from 7 am to 5 pm on 30th June, under the bye-elections for vacant posts till March 31, 2019. In the Zilla Parishad auditorium on Saturday, the officials of the election will be given the AEO Meghraj Meena of the Zilla Parishad and Mahamaya Prasad Chabisa training in charge. After that these teams will be leaving. Under the by-election, 35 polling booths have been set up for voting for 2 panchayat committee members of Kherwada Sirdi and Salumbar 1-1 and Sarraa. For the Kunda Sarpanch of Sirdi, a polling station has been made for 3 polling stations, Kikavasav of Rishabhdev, Sakroda Ward Punch of Nirabad and 1-1.
Haga polling from EVM: All voting centers will be voted through EVMs. After the polling on Sunday, after the counting of the Sarpanch and Ward Punch, results will be announced. At the same time EVM related panchayat committee members will be kept safe in the strong room at the headquarter of the Panchayat Samiti heading for the voting of Panchayat Samiti members. Their counting will take place from 8 a.m. on July 2.

Deputy District Election Officer Naresh Bokkar said that the Panchayat Raj institutions had been elected by the Panchayati Raj institutions, for the posts of 6 Panchayat Samiti members, 4 Sarpanch and 12 ward panches. In which three Sarpanch and 6 wardpanches were elected uncontested before voting. While there, nomination papers for 4 wards were not received. While all the names were withdrawn for a Panchayat Samiti member post. Now there will be a by-election for the posts of 1 Sarpanch and 2 Ward Punch, including 5 Panchayat Samiti members.
